Biography
An imaginative thinker with real drive and dynamism, David is co-founder and partner in charge of the Ensors Corporate Finance team, respected for his ability to proactively manage deals from inception to completion.
David and his team specialise in working closely with owner-managed businesses and financial institutions in a wide variety of commercial sectors, including transport, construction, energy and renewables, technology and food. As well as helping clients identify and take advantage of available sources of capital and finance, the team provides expert advice on business acquisitions and sales, mergers and acquisitions, management buy outs (MBO’s) or buy ins (MBI’s), diversification and divestment, as well as refinancing and restructuring.
Liked and respected by clients and other business professionals, David is a hands-on problem solver with a no-nonsense approach and strong communication skills and in 2017 David won the Dealmaker of the Year award at the Emerging Leaders M & A Awards. Dual qualified as an insolvency practitioner and restructuring expert with extensive market knowledge and excellent contacts, he provides a strong and flexible skill base perfect for achieving results in any marketplace.
