How to use OneClick
Frequently Asked Questions
Go to the logon page using the link above. Below the Email and Password fields is a Forgotten Password button. Click this and enter the email address you use to access your account. Once you have entered your email address, click the SEND button and this will send you the password recovery email. Click the Change Password button in the body of the email and this will take you to a webpage where you can update your password.
This might be because you have saved the site password on your web browser and the stored password isn’t updating once you have changed your password. If you are using Google Chrome; Click on the three dots icon from the top right-hand corner of the window and select Settings. Click on Passwords. This will display all your passwords you have stored in Chrome. If there is a stored password for OneClick, click the three dots icon next to it and select Remove. Once you have done that, go back to the logon page for Ensors OneClick and try entering your most recent password again. You will then have the option to store the password again if you wish.
This may be because you are not closing OneClick correctly. If you simply close OneClick with out clicking the Logout button from the top right-hand corner first; it will keep you logged in for a time. If you then go to access your OneClick account again it will bypass authentication because it will recognise you are already logged in. To avoid this, we advise you click the Logout button before closing OneClick.
No you don’t need to password protect documents when using Ensors OneClick.

This can sometimes occur if you are using a web browser that is either not recommended or is not updated to the latest version. Please make sure you are using the latest available version of your chosen web browser. You can also try logging out of your OneClick account and try signing back in again to refresh your session.
