Six teams of Students from Suffolk schools competed for this year’s Young Enterprise Business Awards with Woodbridge School the winners of the ‘Financial Systems & Results’ award – sponsored by Ensors Chartered Accountants.
The annual competition took place at BT’s Adastral Park, Martlesham Heath, on Tuesday 25th March and was the culmination of the Young Enterprise Company Programme in Suffolk, where students run their own business during the academic year, creating a product or service, marketing and selling in a “real world” environment, producing financial reports that included profit & loss accounts and balance sheets. The overall winner for the second year running was Debenham High School.
