R3 Financial Services Group is an Ipswich based company that provides a broad spectrum of financial services including specialist insurance, data processing and IT all with a particular focus on the military sector.
What Ensors did to achieve the deal
Ensors provided advice structuring the deal taking account of taxation considerations. We then assisted with the buyer’s due diligence process and project managed through to completion of the sale to Police Mutual.
