Ensors corporate finance team were engaged by the National Institute of Agricultural Botany (NIAB) to provide financial due diligence and advisory services regarding its acquisition of East Malling Research (EMR).
The combined not-for-profit organisation will now achieve turnover in excess of £22m. It is hoped that the new shared knowledge base will maximise the results of studies into crop production.
