MBO of Aran Energy Group

The Aran Energy Group has changed hands following the completion of an MBO by the experienced management team of Mark Randall, Cathryn Brooker, John Whitefield and Craig Thomson. Former owner Kaz Morris has reinvested in the Group and is retained on a non exec basis.

Ensors Corporate Finance Team led by David Scrivener with support from Simon Martin advised on various financial, taxation and commercial aspects of the deal. Funding for the MBO was provided by IGF (Jeff Greenfield) and legal advice by Greene & Greene (Simon Ratcliffe).
