Business sale of Neo Distribution

Ensors’ Corporate Finance team are pleased to announce their involvement in the sale of Putoline Distribution Limited to Powersports Distribution Group.
Putoline Distribution Limited based in Peterborough, which also trades under Neo Distribution, is the long-standing exclusive distributor of Putoline Motorcycle Lubricants, Action air filters and maintenance products, along with its other ranges including Roof Motorcycle helmets and Kappa luggage, accessories and helmets.
Ben Croston and David Scrivener provided step by step advice to Sally and John, the departing shareholders, throughout the sales process.
On completion of the deal John and Sally said ”We are delighted with the completion of the transaction and look forward to working together with our staff under the new umbrella of the Powersports Distribution Group.
