MBO of Merit Plastics Mouldings

Merit Plastics Mouldings has changed ownership following an MBO led by the management team of Andy Keeble and Rebecca Lyttle.

Merit operate from a site in Diss and are experts in the design and manufacture of plastic injection mouldings with particular focus on low volume, high precision and technical customer requirements.

David Scrivener of Ensors Corporate Finance team advised on various financial, tax and commercial aspects of the deal. David commented “It was great to work with Rebecca and Andy on this deal. They have been running the company for several years and the MBO now gives them the ability to take control of their own destiny. I’m very confident that they will take the opportunity to drive the company forwards.”
