A true East Anglian owner managed business, Merit Plastic Mouldings has undergone a period of change and progression, teaming up with Ensors to guide them on their way.
In 2019 the Corporate Finance team were instructed to assist with a Management Buy Out by Andy Keeble & Rebecca Lyttle, who had been running the company for several years and were ready to embark on a new journey. Led by David Scrivener, the MBO was completed with such success that MPM engaged Ensors as their accountants to continue the working relationship.
The professionalism, trust and security established over the years has led to a positive and collaborative working relationship to set MPM on track to achieve their financial goals.
