Steve Bacon

Based in our Ipswich office, Steve joined the Ensors team in January 2023. Following the completion of his CIPP degree in Payroll Management with the University of Worchester in 2014, he held positions in the Payroll department of a number of household-name businesses to build up a wealth of knowledge before transferring into practice. He now leads a highly skilled team of payrollers as Senior Payroll Manager in the Business Support Team.

Steve understands the demand that owner-managers face on a day-to-day basis. With the support of his team, he works with the payroll function of a business to streamline procedures and automate existing processes so that owner-managers can focus on steering the strategy of their business for long term success.
