Rachael Tecklenberg

Rachael joined Ensors as Financial Controller in August 2024 and is an experienced Management Accountant. Before moving into Practice, she held a number of senior roles at household-name firms in East Anglia. She now leads the central Finance team who oversee the day-to day accounting operations for Ensors. From making sure clients receive and pay their invoices in timely manner, to processing invoices for company suppliers and managing purchase ledgers.

As a detail-orientated thinker and keen problem solver, Rachael works closely with the firm’s senior leadership team to maintain Ensors’ robust and efficient financial controls that meet regulatory requirements. She also supports the Chief Operating Officer with the publication of the firm’s financial reporting, including budgeting, forecasting and financial statements.

Rachael is an Associate of Accounting Technicians (AAT) and holds a Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) qualification.
