Lewis Dyer

Lewis joined Ensors’ Corporate Finance Team in May 2023 as an Analyst. Based out of the firm’s Ipswich office, he works within the close-knit team who provide advisory services for corporate clients who are seeking new growth opportunities to achieve their financial ambitions.

He takes the time to fully immerse himself within a client’s strategy to understand their fundamental objectives, analyse the key areas for scale and diversification, and identify the resources required to make it happen, such as: Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Employee Ownership Trusts (EOT) and Management Buy Ins and Buy Outs (MBI/MBO).

Before joining Ensors, Lewis held an Associate position at a UK Big Four Firm, where he completed his Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT) qualification in 2022. He is currently studying for his Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) qualification with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW).
