Ann Minson

Having originally joined Ensors in August 2015, Ann returned in 2023 after a year at a top five firm. In her role as Corporate Tax Director she provides advice and support to a wide range of clients, ranging from small start-ups to publicly quoted corporations, conglomerates and in-bound investors. Her sector experience includes technology and software development, food and beverages, property and automotive retail.

Ann qualified as a chartered accountant in 1994. While her expertise covers the entire spectrum of taxation legislation and practice, she specialises in tax relief for research and development, as well as Patent Box, and also has a depth of experience in corporate structuring. Ann enjoys the personal interaction of a customer-facing role and is committed to building close and productive relationships with her client base.
