Ensors Corporate Services Director, Dominick Knight has been named in the 2024 “35 under 35”. The listing is produced by Accountancy Age in partnership with AJ Chambers to recognise the thriving talent within our industry and celebrate the professional contributions of its nominations throughout their careers so far.

He joined Ensors as an audit senior where he has progressed to the role of Director of the Corporate Services team based in Ipswich. He coordinates a group of over 40 skilled auditors advising corporate clients on compliance and statutory requirements.

Dominick also plays an integral part in the firm’s award-winning Pensions team.

Upon his appointment to Director, Dominick developed and successfully implanted a new initiative which adjusted the grading requirements for line managers in his team. This reduced direct reporting ratios to improve mentoring and fast-track the development of students. Enabling significant expansion of the team, it also gave the opportunity for more responsibility and progression. The success of this initiative was then rolled out to other offices and has gone on to shape the management structure across the whole practice.

Dominick’s recognition in this year’s 35 under 35 rankings is testament to not only the strong relationships he has cultivated with his clients over the years, but also the commitment to his colleagues and their career progression.

Ensors Corporate Services Partner, Barry Gostling, said:

“Supporting the progression of talented accountants and emerging leaders is something that Ensors strongly believes in, and it sits at the core of our values as a business and employer. It has been a pleasure to watch Dominick grow throughout his time at Ensors and I am delighted to see this recognition as a “one to watch” within the new generation of accountants who will go on to shape the future of our profession.”
