Jan McLean

Jan qualified as a chartered accountant in 1996 and began her career with Cambridge-based accountancy firm, Kinnaird Hill. She joined the highly respected Ensors medical team in December 2010, and was appointed as Partner in January 2013. After over a decade at the firm, Jan made the decision to retire in 2022.

In March 2024, Jan returned to Ensors as a Consultant specialising in Healthcare and is based in our Cambridge office. Jan has extensive experience in working with GP Partnerships, GP Partners’ personal tax and NHS pensions, NHS and Private Consultants and Locums, and Primary Care Networks. In her role, she supports the Ensors Medical team who are one of East Anglia’s leading providers of accountancy excellence to the Medical sector.
