Sale of Green Duck Limited

Ensors were pleased to advise the shareholders of Green Duck Limited on their successful sale to Xperience Group.

Green Duck, a company which specialises in managed IT services, cloud and cyber security engaged Ensors to negotiate the deal and provide lead advisory services throughout the transaction. This included advising on a pre-completion reorganisation of the group. Legal advisory services to the shareholders were provided by Andrew Cooper and Jon Hewett of Greene and Greene.

As part of Xperience, Green Duck will be able to access investment and a broader range of technical services, in addition to being part of a group that serves the UK and Ireland.
