The Duncan & Son group have purchased the assets and trade of Nicholson (Needham) Limited.
Ensors were engaged by our long standing client, the Duncan & Son group, to provide valuation and lead advisory services regarding the purchase of Nicholson (Needham) Limited.
Simon Martin led the Ensors team and worked closely with the lead legal advisor, Daniel Billson of Prettys, to provide a joined up approach.
