Equity advisory services for Sipsynergy

Ensors has provided corporate finance and tax structuring advice to the management team of Sipsynergy, a market-leading cloud collaboration solutions provider to SMEs.

Specialist private equity fund manager YFM Equity Partners has invested £2.75m to support the growth of Sipsynergy. The business will use this funding to accelerate the growth in their customer base through the expansion of their support and sales teams.

As part of the investment, YFM have also secured a number of senior hires including the appointment of a new CEO, Operations Director and Chairman.

The management team of Sipsynergy was supported by Ensors’ Corporate Finance partner David Scrivener and Tax partner Robert Leggett.
