Brooks and Wood Limited is a long established building and civil engineering construction company based in Ipswich which has successfully undergone a change in ownership via a management buy out (MBO).

The MBO team have all worked in senior roles for the Company for many years and are now relishing the chance to build on its sound reputation and grow.

The Ensors team, led by David Scrivener, were engaged by the MBO team to advise on all aspects of the transaction which completed in November 2015.
