Background
Norman and Neill are a well established optometric practice operating from two branches in Clacton. The two owners, Derrick Norman and Simon Neill decided to sell the business as Derrick was looking to retire.
What Ensors did to achieve the deal
Ensors marketed the business for sale and were able to successfully negotiate a deal with the East of England Co-op to add to their growing portfolio of opticians.
Ensors then assisted with negotiations and saw the deal through to completion.
