Background
Metaltec Engineering, which started in 1988, is a fabricator of bespoke metal structures for commercial and residential property and provides an on site fitting service. The owners were looking to sell the business so they could retire.
What Ensors did to achieve the deal
Ensors marketed the company for sale and found a trade purchaser with a group of engineering companies looking to expand. Once a purchaser had been found we assisted in negotiations and through all stages to the completion of the sale.
