As a firm we take our responsibilities to our clients, colleagues and suppliers seriously. Therefore, I wanted to outline the plans we have put in place to respond to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
Our teams & offices
Since inception of the outbreak, we have issued regular updates to our teams providing advice and guidance in line with that received from Public Health England. We have limited non-essential travel and encouraged early advice from anyone who has been put at potential risk.
We have a robust business continuity plan in place that is being implemented with immediate effect to ensure we continue to service the needs of our clients. Our teams have the ability to work remotely, our phones can be diverted to mobile devices and our offices remain open. Therefore, you will be able to contact us as normal and should see no disruption to service levels.
You and your business
If you are at all concerned about the impact Coronavirus is having on your own finances or your business, please speak to your usual contact. These are unprecedented times but there is important advice that we can provide and resources that we can sign post you to. The key thing is communication. Therefore, if you have any issues or concerns please speak to us. We are here to help.
