Ensors Chartered Accountants are pleased to announce that Richard Whitehair has joined the firm’s Corporate Finance division as a Consultant. Richard has 25+ years corporate finance experience working with companies in the UK and continental Europe ranging from SME’s and family owned businesses to multinational companies. He has advised on a wide range of acquisitions, disposals, flotations, company turnarounds, privatisations and fund raising across a variety of industries. He also has commercial experience as a non-executive director of a SME and with a multinational construction group.
