We are pleased to announce the appointment of Tim Shaw, Associate Partner to our Corporate Tax team.
Tim is a highly experienced chartered accountant and joins our two Cambridgeshire offices from a well-respected London practice. Tim has experience in working with clients in the property, technology and manufacturing sectors, including owner-managed businesses and subsidiaries of global corporations. His specialisms include corporate tax, reorganisations, transfer pricing, employee share schemes and tax matters in relation to mergers and acquisitions.
