Ensors Leisure and Tourism partner, Fiona Hotston Moore, has been invited to judge the dessert course at the Great City Chefs competition taking place in London on Thursday 7th June.
Fiona will have the opportunity to indulge in a number of tasty treats created by chefs from four exclusive London venues. The event itself will be hosted at One Moorgate Place which is headquarters to The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).
The competition, which is now in its second year, will see some of the best London chefs battle it out to be crowned the crème de la crème. In order to top last year’s winners, the chefs will need to demonstrate creativity using a range of seasonal British ingredients.
Speaking about the upcoming event, Fiona Hotston Moore says “I’m very much looking forward to judging at this event, it’s something really quite different to usual invites I receive as an accountant so I couldn’t refuse. I can’t wait to see the delicious creations served up.”
